The development for the London Borough of Brent, as part of their South Kilburn regeneration project, will provide around 137 new mixed tenure homes, ground floor retail and the re provision of a Train Crew Depot for London Underground employees.
The scheme includes major public realm improvements including the replacement of a gyratory road system with a signalled junction. The development comprises a cluster of five mansion block buildings, which collectively create a new urban block containing over 2,000m2 of high quality open space.
