The redevelopment of an office building site into 47 affordable flats constructed from cross laminated timber (CLT). The development is for Catalyst Housing, and is managed by Octavia Housing.

The stunning façade incorporates building integrated multicrystalline PVs as a functional and decorative device, delivering the renewable element of the scheme.
