A phased refurbishment of the extensive public spaces and ancillary spaces of the iconic building at Kew.

It involves implementing a brief which was developed with a number of stakeholders with an aim to identify and engage the maximum number of potential new users in the process.

The scheme was developed in response to the existing visitor experience, the visitors, the staff and the particular character of the building.

The spatial qualities and social ecology of TNA are the basis for the project brief and design development.
