Description

A competition-winning entry, the iconic scheme provides 60 incubator units (and associated conference facilities) to support new start-ups, in association with Northampton University. The design target is 12kg CO₂/m²/pa, compared with the 75kg CO₂/m²/pa of a benchmark office building. Developed by West Northamptonshire Development Corporation.
